The Defendant’s Current Location (If You Know It)

If you know it, you’ll need to provide the defendant’s current location, including the name and address of the jail. Providing the time of arrest, booking number, and charges is also helpful for the bail bondsman to locate the defendant.

The Co-Signer Details

Choose a bond co-signer and have their name, address, and employment information ready. The bail bondsman will require one or more co-signers on the bond, who will act as an indemnitor, assuming responsibility for the defendant to appear in court.
